How to Set Up an eSIM on iPhone (iOS)

Follow these steps to activate your eSIM on any compatible iPhone:

  3. On your iPhone, open:

    Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan
  4. Scan the QR code from your email.
  5. When prompted, select “Add Cellular Plan.”
  6. Change the label to “eSIM” (recommended).
  7. Choose “Use eSIM for cellular data only” → Continue.
  8. Select “Use Primary as the preferred line” → Done.
  9. Verify that the APN Name matches your plan:

    Settings → Cellular → eSIM → Cellular Data Network → APN.

How to Set Up an eSIM on Android

Here’s how to activate your eSIM on Android devices (Samsung, Pixel, etc.):

  1. Buy your eSIM plan from our website.
  2. Check your inbox for the QR code email.
  3. On your phone, go to:

    Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile Network
  4. Tap “Download a SIM instead?” → Next.
  5. Scan your QR code when prompted.
  6. Tap Download → Done.
  7. Verify your APN:

    Settings → Mobile Network → eSIM → Access Point Names (APN).
What Is the Network Speed?

Are Voice Calls and SMS Included?

Currently, our eSIM plans are data-only.

You can still use internet-based calling apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, or Skype to make calls and send messages.

How to Use Dual SIM on iPhone

Dual SIM lets you use your physical SIM for calls/SMS and your eSIM for data:

  1. After scanning your QR code, label it as “Secondary.”
  2. Go to Settings → Cellular → Default Line → choose “Use Secondary for cellular data only.”
  3. Tap OK if “Uncertified Cellular Plan” appears.
Should I Enable Data Roaming with eSIM?

Yes — always turn Data Roaming ON for your eSIM:

Settings → Cellular → Data Roaming → ON

Remember to turn it off after your trip to avoid accidental roaming charges on your primary SIM.

How to Remove an eSIM After Use

If you no longer need your plan:

Settings → Cellular → Select your eSIM → Remove Cellular Plan.

You can reinstall the same eSIM by re-scanning your QR code (same device only).

How Do I Receive My eSIM After Purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email containing all the access details for your eSIM plan. This email includes:

  • A QR code to activate the eSIM instantly on your device.
  • An iOS install link if you prefer a one-tap installation on compatible iPhones.
  • A manual activation code (for devices or situations where QR scanning isn’t possible).

If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Promotions folder in your inbox.

How Is the Validity Period Calculated?

The validity of your plan begins upon first connection to the network (not at purchase).

You’ll see the specific duration listed on your package page before checkout.

How Can I Check My Remaining Data?

Depending on your plan:

  • Some packages show real-time usage in your account dashboard.
  • Otherwise, go to your device:

    Settings → Cellular → eSIM → Data Usage.
Can Multiple Phones Use the Same eSIM QR Code?

No — each QR code can only be activated on one device.

However, the same phone can reinstall the same eSIM profile if needed.

Will My Physical SIM Still Work?

Yes! Your physical SIM remains active even when using an eSIM.

  • Turning off data roaming on your physical SIM
  • Turning on Wi-Fi Calling for calls while abroad.
