1. Agreement; Acceptance

Thank you for trusting 195sim! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 195sim website, mobile applications and other services (collectively, the “Services”), including the sale, delivery, activation, management and use of electronic SIM profiles (“eSIMs”), data plans, and related products (“Plans”). By creating an account, placing an order, installing an eSIM, or otherwise using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Definitions

  • “Account” means the account you create to access or use the Services.

  • “Customer,” “you,” “your” means the individual or legal entity that uses the Services.

  • “Provider” means any third party that provisions, hosts or operates network services used to supply Plans.

  • “Activation” means the process by which an eSIM profile is provisioned to a device and made ready to use on a local mobile network.

  • “Purchase Confirmation” means the order confirmation you receive by email or in-app after completing an order.

3. Parties; Third-Party Providers

195sim acts as a reseller and service facilitator. The provisioning of eSIM profiles, network connectivity and certain technical functions are supplied by third-party providers. Your purchase is from 195sim; however, your Plan may be provisioned, operated and supported in whole or in part by a Provider. Provider terms, privacy policies and acceptable-use rules may also apply. 

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to enter into binding contracts under these Terms; users aged 13–17 may use the Services only with parental or guardian consent as required by law.

  • You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity on your Account. 195sim may suspend or terminate Accounts for suspected fraud or abuse.

5. Orders, Pricing and Payment

  • All Orders are offers to purchase. 195sim will confirm acceptance by sending a Purchase Confirmation. Prices shown at checkout are final at the time of order, subject to availability.

  • Accepted payment methods are those made available in the app or website (e.g., credit/debit cards, approved payment processors). By submitting payment details you authorize the processor to charge the applicable amount.

  • You agree to pay for any paid Services you purchase from 195sim and for any other charges incurred under your Account, including any taxes, duties, or fees that apply to your purchase.

6. Delivery; Installation Methods; Activation

  • Delivery methods. After purchase you will receive installation details by the app and/or email. Delivery and installation methods may include: (a) in-app provisioning / direct install links, (b) QR codes, or (c) manual SM-DP+ address and activation code entry.

  • Activation requirements. Activation requires a compatible eSIM-capable device, an internet/Wi-Fi connection to download the profile, and, in some cases, device-specific steps. Device compatibility and local network availability are outside 195sim’s control.

  • Installation/Provisioning limitations. Some eSIM profiles have pre-activation expiry windows (for example, a period during which the QR or activation code remains valid prior to activation). After activation the Plan term runs as specified at purchase. Provider-specific rules (e.g., reinstallability, transfer restrictions) apply.

7. Plan Types; Service Scope

  • All Plans sold by 195sim are data-only. Voice or SMS services are not offered. Use of VoIP or other communication applications may be restricted by local Provider policies.

  • Coverage, speeds and network performance are determined by the Provider and local carriers. 195sim does not guarantee coverage, uninterrupted service, specific speeds or latency in any given location.


8. Fair Use; Network Management; Suspension

  • Fair use. Plans (including plans marketed as “unlimited”) may be subject to fair use and network management policies to preserve service quality for all users. 195sim and Providers reserve the right to suspend, throttle, or manage traffic that is unlawful, abusive, or significantly beyond typical usage levels.

  • Prohibited conduct. You must not use the Services for illegal activities, unauthorized security testing, spam, network attacks, resale outside permitted reseller models, or other activity that harms Providers, 195sim, or other users.

9. APN & Device Configuration

  • APN. APN and connectivity settings are typically applied automatically during installation. If manual settings are required, you are responsible for entering and verifying them according to the instructions in your Purchase Confirmation. Misconfiguration on your device may prevent connectivity; 195sim may provide guidance but cannot guarantee successful resolution when underlying network or device limitations exist.

10. Roaming and Your Home SIM

  • If you keep your home physical SIM installed while using an eSIM, ensure you select the eSIM profile for mobile data to avoid unwanted roaming charges on your home number. 195sim is not responsible for charges incurred by your home network carrier.

11. Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges

  • Because eSIMs are digital and consumable, refunds are limited. Refunds for activation failures may be available where the failure is caused by 195sim or the Provider. To request a refund you must contact support within the timeframe specified at purchase (standard: within 30 days) and provide order details and device logs where requested. Refunds are subject to Provider policies and contractual limits.

12. Support & Escalation

  • Support channels and hours are listed in the app and on our website. For technical problems that require Provider involvement (e.g., provisioning errors, carrier-level outages) resolution time may vary and escalation to the Provider will be required.

13. Intellectual Property

  • 195sim retains all intellectual property rights in the Services, software, content and trademarks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. The Services may rely on third-party platforms and networks to provide eSIM functionality; all rights to such third-party technology remain with their respective owners.

14. Privacy and Data Processing

  • Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. By using the Services you consent to our collection and processing of your data and to the limited sharing of personal data with Providers and service partners as necessary to provision Plans, fulfill orders, process payments, and deliver customer support. Provider privacy practices may govern additional data uses.

15. Warranties; Disclaimer

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 195sim PROVIDES THE SERVICES “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” 195sim AND PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 195sim DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE LEVELS.

16. Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 195sim’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO 195sim FOR THE SPECIFIC PLAN OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL 195sim BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

17. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 195sim, its officers, directors, employees, agents and Providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services or violation of applicable law.

18. Export Controls & Sanctions

  • Services may be subject to US export laws and sanctions. You represent that you are not located in, a national of, or under control of a country subject to US trade restrictions in a manner that would prohibit you from receiving the Services. 195sim may refuse service or terminate Orders to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.

19. Termination; Suspension

  • 195sim may suspend or terminate your Account or access to any Plan for breaches of these Terms, fraud, Provider instruction, legal process or to protect the network or other users. Upon termination you remain liable for charges incurred prior to termination.

20. Modifications to Services and Terms

  • 195sim may change, add or remove features, Plans, prices and these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated Effective Date and, where required by law, we will provide notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

21. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and 195sim agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless we mutually agree otherwise.

22. Assignment

  • 195sim may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization. You may not assign without our prior written consent.

23. Notices; Contact

  • All notices, questions, or legal communications regarding these Terms should be sent to: info@195sim.com. By using our Services, you agree that this email is a valid and sufficient method of communication for all purposes under these Terms.

24. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms (including the Privacy Policy and any documents explicitly incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and 195sim regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
